Elderly Tourist Passes Away After Collapsing Near Khudwani Bypass in Kulgam
An elderly tourist from Punjab died after collapsing near Khudwani bypass along the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Kulgam. He was on his way to Pahalgam when he suddenly fell unconscious and was declared dead upon arrival at PHC Qaimoh.
Kulgam, Apr 12: An elderly tourist died after he fell unconscious near Khudwani bypass along Jammu-Srinagar NH44 on Saturday.
An official told that a tourist namely Bajan Singh (69) son of Karma Singh, a resident of Vikas Nagar, Punjab, was on way to Pahalgam. While reaching Khudwani Bypass, he fell unconscious and was immediately shifted to nearby PHC Qaimoh where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, further proceedings in this regard have been taken up.
