ED Srinagar Attaches Properties At Delhi, Jammu And Haryana Worth 5.91 Crore
Srinagar, January 15 The Enforcement Department has attached immovable properties at Delhi, Jammu, and Haryana worth ₹5.91 crore. The Enforcement Department (ED) took to micro-blogging platform X to announce the attachment. According to the ED, the attached properties include immovable assets in Delhi worth ₹2.25 crore. These assets are linked to the shareholders of M/s Manoj Ji & Co. Pvt. Ltd. under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002. Additionally, properties worth ₹3.66 crore in Jammu, Delhi, and Sonipat (Haryana) have been provisionally attached. These attachments are part of an investigation into the "Emollient Coin" cryptocurrency scam. The scam was operated by M/s The Emollient Coin Limited, UK, and was represented in India by Naresh Gulia.
